If you guys want a problem solved or to get a new phone, just be careful as to what they tell you. They could be potentially getting you into a worse deal. The workers always greet you with a smile in a professional manner, ask if they can be of assistance, and introduce you to whomever is to be of service to you.

When i walk into the store the lady wanted to submit the app a second time, i insisted i didn't want to run my credit a second time and that i was already approved she slams my id on the table and says no as if I'm not a paying customer the sales rep was a complete bitch stay away from these clowns.

However, I would like to put one gentleman on blast for his outstanding customer service: He had a very strong knack for professionalism, knowledge of the business, and kindness and courtesy to me as his customer.
